The Cambridge Arts Association is launching a 4-month, experiment – a pop-up gallery space at the newly opened, historic, Charles River Speedway.
The Speedway is a beautiful historic site previously used as offices and stables and now renovated and repurposed to house mixed-use community based businesses. It’s located at the intersection of Western Avenue and Soldier’s Field Road – just across the river in Allston. It’s a 15 minute bus ride from Harvard Square, and less than 2 miles from our home on Lowell Street.
The newest exhibit “Now More Than Ever” by Dear So-and-So features a group of artists who worked in collaboration with a partner to pass their piece back and forth and build upon it throughout a year of COVID-19.
Opening Reception at Kathryn Schultz Gallery: Saturday, October 9, 1:00-4:00pm
